Legacy Valuation Services, LLC, founded in 2005, is a firm specializing in the valuation of closely held businesses, business interests and intangible assets. We are dedicated to providing our clients and their financial advisors with the highest-quality business valuation services available. We provide independent, unbiased determinations of value based on objective, well-documented information and analysis.

Our valuation services are focused in the estate and gift taxation, and divorce & shareholder litigation areas. These are only a few service areas in the larger scope of the business valuation profession. However, these areas are very complex, requiring detailed attention to evolving valuation theory, the IRS, judges and court decisions. Our specialization makes us uniquely qualified to service our client’s valuation needs in these markets.

Located in Lincoln, Rhode Island we primarily serve the Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut markets. Additionally, we will and do serve clients outside those borders. Our clients are all closely held companies ranging in size from small businesses generating under $100,000 in revenue to mid-size companies generating hundreds of millions in revenue and spanning across all industries and professions.
