The parties may have hired separate business appraisers or mutually agreed upon one, but there’s often a preference for a second or third opinion. These parties want the additional assurance that what was rendered as an opinion is, in fact, reasonable. We go through a rigorous process of reading every page of a report, asking further questions where clarification of the facts are needed, and assessing the entire valuation process. Then we inform you orally or in writing as to whether your appraisal meets current standards, comment on valuation methods and techniques used as well as other relevant information to determine whether the appraisal opinion is reasonable– given the circumstances for which it was intended.
