Ralph A. Gigliotti is the principal and founder of Legacy Valuation Services, LLC. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Bryant University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV).

Ralph has authored several professional journal articles in valuation related topics. He has over 12 years of experience in performing valuations of businesses, business interests and intangible assets in a wide range of industries for such purposes as tax planning and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, divorce, and shareholder disputes. Prior to forming Legacy Valuation Services, Ralph held a position with one of the largest accounting firms in Providence where he provided valuation, accounting and tax related services to clients.
